Delete Your Account & Data

You can request deletion of your Clear Air account and all associated data at any time. This page explains how.

Please send your request from the email address associated with your account, or include it in the message so we can locate your data.

What gets deleted

When we process your request, we permanently remove:

• Your account information (name and email from sign-in)
• Your saved race logs and practice entries
• Your coaching questions and history
• Your saved venues and preferences

Timeframe

We will delete your account and associated data within 30 days of receiving your request, and confirm by email once it's complete.

Note

You can also simply sign out and stop using the app; signing out clears your session on your device. Deletion additionally removes your stored data from our systems. Some records may be retained only as required by law.
